A relative newcomer to the Australian underground house and techno scene, Walker brings fresh ideas and timeless beats to Buxton Records with the Love Generated Through Perseverance EP.

Rich with atmosphere and texture, the titular track relies on languid pads, swirling delays and to the point drum programming to plunge a nascent dance floor into the right mood. By contast 'Emanation Renewal' ups the ante with heavier bass and a chunkier groove to get straight to the point.

Appropriately enough Little Fritter's remix of 'Cato' pulls in a much more Villalobos informed direction and is - like Walker's version - packed with enough detail and substance for the most engrossing listening experience from Buxton to date.
